Will they look as good as our professional photo services? ... we'll be honest probably not but that's not the point. Sometimes it doesn't make sense to have your photographer to come out for a small update and other such instances. This is where this service fits in.
$60 full house dslr/(fancy camera) - .raw format is preferred, highly recommend a tripod, if shooting handheld don't go slower than 1/60 shutter speed
$30 full house phone - download the moment app (android or iphone) upper right corner you will see "heif" "dng" or "tiff" please select "tiff" so you can upload from your phone. Highly recommend a tripod, if shooting handheld please set the shutter speed to 1/60 or faster.
$3 single phone edits up to $30
$3 single dslr/(fancy camera) edits up to $60

Real Estate Photography (0-3999 sqft) $160.00
this is the standard for most houses, you receive all the good ones we shoot :p (usually 30-50 range give or take). Turn around time is 1-2 days starting at midnight the date of the shoot (most of the time it's next day, second day provides a buffer if the internet goes down, computer blows up... things of that nature - thank you for understanding) example here
Real Estate Photography (4000 - 5999 sqft) $200.00
the big ones, yet again you receive all the good photos we shoot... going to be more final photos automatically since the house is bigger. Turn around time is 1-2 days starting at midnight the date of the shoot (most of the time it's next day, second day provides a buffer if the internet goes down, computer blows up... things of that nature - thank you for understanding)Â example here
Real Estate Photography (6000+ sqft) $250.00
the big ones, yet again you receive all the good photos we shoot... going to be more final photos automatically since the house is bigger. Exterior Twilight Photography - $85
need some exterior twilight shots to go along with the the rest of your house photos? yep. example here
Small House Quick Shoot $100 (up to 15 photos Within 0-15 mile radius around Jersey Village 15+ miles will default to Standard Pricing)

Need a few community photos to go along with your listing? we'll shoot at least three with your listing. (must be within 1/2 mile of listing)Â Â example here

Interior Detail Photography - Real Estate Photography price + $40.00
great for interior design, staging, or Airbnb listings when those details count. we provide the usual wide angle shots as well as the close up intimate detail shots. example here
Virtual Tour $20.00
standard virtual tour video set to music. full movie download video link available. example here
Virtual Staging $36/photo
virtual staging, not perfect... not intended to replace real staging... for a visual reference of the home space. example here
Day to Dusk Editing $10/photo
shot during the day... best if it is cloudy. example here
Trip Fees $1 per mile outside of 60 mile round trip (aka 30 miles out 30 miles back). example - 34 miles out + 34 miles back = 68 miles total - 60 miles standard = 8 miles .... $8 additional charged.Â
